MAKING A CHOICE
When ever we accept we are part of a group of any persuasion and then take action as a part of that group, we have believed it into an illusory existence.
We have made it real. A structure in which to operate from and as a part of. The greater the number of minds involved in this group the stronger this thought construct becomes. This is how the culture of an organisation is born organically.
What members of the organisation believe about their culture is critical because that is what becomes ‘reality’ for them. An organisation’s Culture is a collection of thought constructs we have chosen to operate from or within.
Awareness allows us to consciously ‘create’ the culture we desire for our organisation rather than leaving it on default mode setting.
